Principal

Mr. Ulm has been serving Delphos Jefferson since 1998.  He is the principal at Franklin School. Mr. Ulm was the 6th, 7th, adn 8th grade Physical Education teacher and the 7th grade Health teacher at Jefferson Middle School before he became principal.  Mr. Ulm attended The Ohio State University, where he received his Masters from grades 1 through 8. 

Mr. Ulm and his wife, Kristen, have three daughters,

Guidance Counselor

Mrs. Kiracofe has been at Jefferson since 1982.  She is currently the guidance counselor for Landeck, Franklin, and Jefferson Middle School.  Mrs. Kiracofe attended The Ohio State University where she got her Bachelors degree and University of Dayton where she got her Masters degree in Elementary Education. 

Mrs. Kiracofe and her husband Robert have two children, Beth and Kimberly. She also has two grandchildren, Maya and Colin.

Mrs. Antalis has been at Franklin since she started part-time in 1997. She is currently a secretary in the office.

Kindergarten

Mrs. Binkley has been a substitute teacher at Delphos, Bath and Elida from 1995 to 2000.  She is currently a kindergarten teacher at Franklin School.  Mrs. Binkley attended Ohio State University for her Bachelors degree. Mrs. Binkley graduated from Jefferson High School.

Mrs. Binkley and her husband Jason have 1 child, Rachel. She also has five dogs; Cricket, Max, Sarah, Spike, and Dawg; and a class bunny named Bunny O'Bunny

Mr. Halsey is currently teaching kindergarten at Franklin School. Mr. Halsey attended Ohio State University of Lima and University of Findlay.

Mr. Kroeger is currently teaching kindergarten at Franklin Elementary. Mr. Kroeger is also the head freshman football coach. Mr. Kroeger attended OSU Lima and Bluffton University.

Mrs. Stockwell has been at Jefferson since 1994. She is currently teaching first grade at Franklin School. Mrs. Stockwell received her Master's in elementary education.

Mrs. Suever has been at Jefferson since 1987.  She is currently teaching first grade at Franklin School.  Mrs. Suever received her Bachelor's Degree at the Bowling Green State University and her Master's Degree at The Ohio State University.

First Grade

Mrs. Wiechart has been at Jefferson since 1980.  She is currently a 1st grade teacher at Franklin.  Mrs. Wiechart got her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at OSU and her Masters of Arts in Education from the college of Mount St. Joseph.

Mrs. Wiechart and her husband Jack have two daughters Amy and Kristina.

Mrs. Bohn has been at Franklin since 1981.  She is currently a second grade teacher at Franklin School.  Mrs. Bohn attended Ohio State University for her Bachelors degree, and got her Masters at Marygrove College.

Mrs. Gerding has been teaching since 1971.  She is currently a second grade teacher at Franklin School.  Mrs. Gerding received her B.A. at Mary Manse College and her MA at the University of St. Francis.

Mrs. Gerding and her husband Jim have three children: Mayme, Meta, and Adrianne.

Mrs. Jackson has been at Franklin since 1994.  She teaches second grade.  She attended The University of Toledo where she received her Bachelors degree. She then attended Marygrove University where she received her Masters degree.

She and her husband Jerry, have four kids, Mycalah, Myriah, Jaret, and Mykenah.

Mr. Dienstberger has been at Franklin since 2000.  He currently teaches third grade.  He attended the Ohio State University where he received his masters.

Mr. Dienstberger and his wife, Marla, have two daughters, Emily and Kylee.  Go Buckeyes!

Ms. Fischer currently teaches third grade at Franklin Elementary. Ms. Fischer attended Ohio State University where she received her bachelors in social work, and her MED early childhood education.

Mrs. Groch has been at Jefferson since 2005. She is currently teaching third grade. She graduated from Bluffton College receiving her BA and is enrolled at BGSU for her MA. She also has a teaching certificate for K-8. Mrs. Groch previously taught kindergarten for three years and 3rd grade for one year at Elida. She graduated from Delphos Jefferson High School in 1996.

Mrs. Smith is a fourth grade teacher at Franklin, and has been there since 2000.  She attended Anderson University where she got her Bachelors degree. She also got her Masters Degree from Marygrove College.

Mr. Jostpille has been at Franklin since 1993, and he is the Special Needs Teacher.  He attended Defiance College where he got his Bachelors Degree. He also got special education certificate from Dayton University and his masters from Marygrove College.

Mr. Jostpille and his wife Alisa have a son Noah, and he is also the Head Varsity Golf Coach.

Mrs. German has been at Jefferson since 2000.  She is currently the Multi-handicapped teacher at Franklin School.  Mrs. German was an undergraduate at Bowling Green State University for K-12 Special Education (CD, MD) and she received her Master's at Findlay University for Special Education in Preschool.

Mrs. Thersa Anderson

Music K-3

Mrs. Anderson started teaching in 2005.  She is currently teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade band, and general music at Landeck Elementary.  She attended Ohio Northern University and received a Bachelor of Music in Music Education.  Mrs. Anderson is also the assistant band director at the high school.

 She is married to Logan Anderson.

Mrs. Wirth started teaching in 2007. She currently teaches High School Concert Choir, High School Show Choir, Middle School General Music and Choir, and Franklin Music grades 4 and 5. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Gym

 Mr. Harmon is the gym teacher.  He attended college at Ohio Northern University and received a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and Health in 2008. He is a 2003 grad of Elida High School. He coaches varsity football and middle school wrestling at Elida. He is also the head varsity baseball coach at Jefferson.

5th Grade Band

Mr. Stearns is the high school marching and concert band teacher.  Previously he was the assistant high school band director and jr. high band director at the Middle school.  He came to Jefferson from Leipsic in the Fall of 1982.

Title I Reading

Mrs. Wilkin has been at Jefferson since 1976.  She is currently the Title 1 reading teacher at Franklin School.  She received her Bachelors and Masters in Elementary Education at the Ohio State University.

Mrs. Pat Poling

Librarian

Mrs. Poling has been teaching at Jefferson off and on since 1961.  She is currently the librarian at Franklin School. 

She is married to Bob Poling.  She has 3 children.  They are Stephanie, Kristi, and Craig.

School Nurse

Mrs. Ricker is the school nurse for Franklin Elementary, Jefferson Middle School, Jefferson High School, and Landeck Elementary. She has been employed with Delphos City Schools since 1999 with four years critical care nursing experience prior to school nursing. Mrs. Ricker received her Bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University/Medical College of Ohio and holds a permanent School Nurse License with the Ohio Department of Education. Mrs. Ricker also received her Master's Degree from Wright State University in 2007, and passed the National School Nurse Certification exam in July of 2007.

Mrs. Ricker is Married to Eric and they have three sons, Devin, Blake, and Brady.

Mr. Ricker has been at Jefferson since 1999.  He is currently the custodian at Franklin School.

Speech/Language Pathologist

Mrs. Roebke has been at Franklin since 1997. She is the Speech/Language Pathologist for grades K-12. Mrs. Roebke obtained her masters degree from the Bowling Green State University and a Certificate of Clinical Competence.

Mrs. Roebke and her husband Joe have three children, Austin, Logan, and Evan.
