At the very beginning of school. You will want to run B105 after you have all your scheduling done. You will run B105 1 time and have it set to run as follows: Previous term Previous rpt per (these need to be blank, no zero's or anything so just use your backspace key to backspace through them). New term 1 New rpt per 1 2. At the end of your 1st nine weeks, after you are finished with grade card processing you may run the B105 1 time as follows: Previous term 1 Previous rpt per 1 New term 1 New rpt per 2 That will create the clis records to put your 2nd 9 wks marks in. 3. Towards the end of the 2nd 9 wks before you run the swan/put/grades command you will run the B105 3 times as follows: Previous term 1 Previous rpt per 2 New term 1 New rpt per 3 and Previous term 1 Previous rpt per 3 New term 1 New rpt per 4 and Previous term 1 Previous rpt per 4 New term 1 New rpt per 5 (this will create the clis records to put the exam and average marks in for the 1st semester as well as the clis records for the alpha conversion mark). 4. At the end of your 2nd nine weeks, after you are finished with grade card processing you may run the B105 1 time as follows: Previous term 1 Previous rpt per 5 New term 2 New rpt per 6 (this will create the clis records for the mark for the 3rd nine weeks) 5. At the end of your 3rd nine weeks, after you are finished with grade card processing you may run the B105 1 time as follows: Previous term 2 Previous rpt per 6 New term 2 New rpt per 7 (this will create clis for the 4th nine wks mark) 6. Towards the end of the 4th 9 wks before you run the swan/put/grades command you will run the B105 4 times as follows: Previous term 2 Previous rpt per 7 New term 2 New rpt per 8 and Previous term 2 Previous rpt per 8 New term 2 New rpt per 9 and Previous term 2 Previous rpt per 9 New term 2 New rpt per 10 and Previous term 2 Previous rpt per 10 New term 2 New rpt per 11 (this will create the clis records to put the exam, average and final marks in for the year end as well as the clis records for the alpha conversion mark). B105 MUST process in the night queue. The next morning check for any error messages on the B105 report on MGMT. Check P302. It should now be set at the new term and reporting period.
