Franklin has 29 certified teachers on staff and a support staff that
Franklin shares with other schools which includes a speech therapist,
school psychologist, guidance counselor, and nurse. Non-certified
staff includes 2 secretaries, 1 full-time and 2 part-time custodians,
a library aide, and 5 part-time cafeteria workers.
Franklin is also staffed with 3 Model IV intervention specialists
who work with students that have been identified as "at risk"
of having special educational needs and a
Title I reading specialist who works with students in grades 1-3.
Franklin offers a regular educational program which
includes reading, language arts, spelling, math, science, health,
and social studies to all students.
Franklin students also take part in physical education classes, music,
