Van Wert: Parents may drop off their form and registration fee at the Trinity Friends Church Family Life Center (605 North Franklin Street Van Wert, Oh 45891) anytime between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Delphos: Parents may drop off their form and registration fee at the Trinity United Methodist Church (211 East Third Street Delphos, OH 45833) anytime between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Registration Information

The early registration cost per child for basketball is $65

The early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $70

After October 26, add $10.  Deadline for registration is November 3

Basketball shorts are included at a cost of registration.

Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are included at a cost of registration.

First Assembly of God Recreational Outreach Center
