If a student needs to take any medication, (prescription or non-prescription) during school hours, please pick up and complete the medical permission papers in the school office.

    We cannot issue any medication without written permission from the parents or doctor.  (Note:  IF THE MEDICATION IS PRESCRIPTION, THE DOCTOR HAS TO SIGN ONE OF THE PAPERS.)

    Please keep your child home if he/she shows signs of illness such as; heavy cold, fever, aches and pains, rash or symptoms of communicable disease.
