On a wet, cloudy evening, the band started playing their music as the Homecoming Court lined up on the 50-yard line to begin walking down the field. The Corvettes had left due to the downpour, so this was all that was left. When they all had made it to their respective spots between the 40-yard lines, the 2003 Homecoming Queen was announced : Ashley Gay.

Ashley is the 2003 Homecoming queen and was crowned by last year's queen, Laken Griffith. The court sat for the whole game in a pouring down rain to watch the Perry Commodores loose the game against the Ada Bulldogs, despite playing hard and suffering several injuries.

On Saturday, the dance commenced at 8:00pm in the new addition's Commons. There was music, friends, snacks and pop available to all dance goers. Also, a photographer was on-hand to document the event for all those wanting to do so. The dance went great until 11:00pm when everyone left until next year.
