Rachel Abel

Mrs. Abel has been teaching at Spencerville
since 2002. She
always loved school so becoming a teacher seemed like the natural thing to
do. She graduated from Shawnee High School in 1996 and from Wright State University in 2001 with an elementary education degree. She and her
husband John were married in 2003 and had their daughter, Emilee in 2004. Her cat's name is
Jersey, and her dog is Scottie. Mrs. Abel loves to travel with her
family and go to craft shows. If she wasn't a teacher she would
be a stay-at-home mom or work in the cosmetology field. |

Stacey Baumgardner

Miss
Baumgardner has taught at Spencerville for 17 years. She had great
teachers all through school that supported her, believed in her, and inspired
her to teach. She graduated from Shawnee
High School. She received her bachelors degree at
Wright
State
University
and her masters at the University
of
Dayton
. She loves to play the piano and spend her free time outside. If
she wasn't a teacher she would like to be a judge. |

Mrs.
Brown started teaching at Spencerville in 1999. She received her
Bachelors Degree in Education from
Wright
State
University
and a master’s degree form
Marygrove
College
. Her third grade teacher, Mrs. Lawrence, inspired her to teach.
Her husband's name is Neil. They have 3 children, Peyton,
Makenzie, and Parker. They also have a Chihuahua
named Paco. In her free time she loves to scrap book. She
also enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking trips, and
shopping. |

Comer

Mrs.
Comer started subbing at Spencerville in 1987; she was hired fulltime in
1990. She also previously worked at Special Education Cooperative as a Music Therapist for 7 years. She
graduated from Spencerville, the
Ohio
State
University,
and the
University
of
Dayton
. She thought her teacher; Mrs. Leis was the most wonderful person in
the world. When it came time to choose her profession, she remembered
Mrs. Leis and wanted to impact some child in the same way that is what
inspired her to enter in the field of education. She has three sisters,
two bothers, one niece, and five nephews. In her free time she likes to
read, bowl, and play the piano. If she wasn't teaching she would like to
be an administrative assistant. |

Dickerede

Mrs.
Dickered has been teaching here since 1996. Before coming to
Spencerville, she taught at Gomer Elementary as the LD tutor for 6
years. She graduated from Elida
High School
. She attended OSU Lima and graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in
Education. She received her Special Education degree from the University
of
Dayton
. She received her master's degree from
Marygrove
College. She really enjoys being around kids, which inspired her to enter into
the field of education. Her husband is Jerry. They have three children.
Danielle is 15 years old and a sophomore. Ben is 10 and in fifth grade.
Matt is 7 and in second grade. They attend Delphos St. John's. They also
had a German exchange student living with them. Her name was Britta.
In her free time she likes to read almost anything. She loves a good
mystery! She also loves to shop and be with her kids. She said there is
nothing else she would rather be than a teacher. |

Fell

Mrs.
Fell started teaching at Spencerville in 1978. Before
employed she substituted for 2 years. She graduated from
Shawnee
High School, but most of her schooling was acquired in Lima City Schools.
She
earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in
Elementary Education. Her husband's name is Carl. In her free time she
enjoys reading books and magazines. She likes to cook and bake. In the
summer, she likes to work in the yard. |

Fosnaugh started teaching at Spencerville in 2001. Before teaching here, she taught at Delphos Jefferson for 7
years. She graduated from
Lincolnview
High School
and Bowling Green
State
University
with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Her Master of Arts in Education
degree came from
Bluffton
College
. She and her husband have 2 miniature schnauzers, Barney and Maggie.
They also have 4 cats, Buster, Timmy, Pepper, and Toby. In her free time
she enjoys drawing, playing with their dogs, traveling, and gardening. |

Fuge

Mr. Fuge
graduated from Miami East High School and was an
undergratuate at Ohio Northern University. Mr. Fuge started teaching
in the fall of 1981. He went on to graduate from the
University of Dayton. If he was not in education he would be self-employed
and be in some type of business. He is married to Pat Fuge and together
their children are Kory, Erica, Tricia and Jenna. In his free time he
enjoys sports, collecting sports memorabilia, working on his house and
gardening, and also enjoys following up on his children's many acitivities. |

Hollar has been teaching at Spencerville since 1993. She graduated from
Smoky
Hill
High School
in Colorado. She received her bachelor's degree from
Ohio
State
University
and her master's degree from Walden
University. Her love for school inspired her to enter into the field of education.
She has three children Cameron Baker, Maddy Hollar, and Gracie Hollar. In her free time she loves to
spend time at home with her family, plant flowers, and read good
books. If she wasn't a teacher she would like to be a flight attendant
and travel all over the world. |

Huber

Mrs.
Huber started teaching at Spencerville in 1998. She was inspired
to become a teacher by her second grade teacher, Miss Morrison. She read
the book "James and the Giant Peach" to her class, and she
thought it was the most exciting adventure. She decided at that time
that it would be fun to be a teacher. She graduated from
Spencerville
High School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from
Huntington
College
, and her master's degree from Walden
University. Her husband's name is Kevin. She has a step-daughter named Alyson and
a step-son named Erik. She also has a cat named Cougar. In her free time she
likes to play golf with her husband, go shopping, and scrapbook.
If she wasn't a teacher she would want to be a millionaire and travel
the world. |

Koenig

Mrs.
Koenig has been teaching at Spencerville since 2001. She
graduated from Spencerville and received her master's degree from The
Ohio
State
University. Her teachers inspired her by how much they cared for their
students. They really went out of their way to help their students
achieve their goals. Her husband is Norman. They have two children whose names are Melanie and Tyler.
She has two boxers, Zeus and Zena. In her free time she likes to
scrapbook, read, and spend time with her family. If she wasn't a
teacher she would like to work in a library. |

Langhals

Mrs.
Langhals has been employed at Spencerville since 1995. She also taught
2 years at
Elida
Middle School as a tutor. She had a first grade teacher, Sister Rosalie, whom she
adored. She went back to her room when she was in the upper elementary
and would grade papers for her. She would let her take a stack home at
night and return them in the morning. Sister Rosalie inspired her to
enter into the field of education. She graduated from Ottoville
High School and received both her bachelor's and
master's degrees from The Ohio
State
University.
She now has a Master's +
18 credits. Her husband's name is Art and they have three children - Trevor, Nathan, and Heather. Her son Nathan is married to Melissa and
they have a son Ethan. Her daughter Heather is married to Shawn and they
have a daughter Melanie. In her free time she and her husband like to
walk, ride bikes, and go camping. She enjoys cross-stitch and reading. If
she wasn't a teacher the only other job she would want is to be a
full-time grandmother. |

Mrs.
McClure began teaching at Spencerville in the fall of 1976. She
graduated from Clyde
High School
and BGSU. She has a Bachelor's of Music degree with an elementary
Music Specialization. She was inspired by Mr. Kelly, the director
at BGSU. She loves being around children of all ages and being an
elementary music teacher is the perfect job. Her husband's name is
Gale. She has two children - Mitch and Erica. They have a cat named Timmy, a German Shepherd Coco and two rabbits, Tiny
and Charlie. In her free time she loves to play the piano.
She is addicted to cross word puzzles and Sudokus. She makes
baskets and loves to cook. If she wasn't a teacher she would like
to be a tour guide. |

Morrison has been teaching at Spencerville since 1975. She
graduated from Spencerville. She went to
Taylor
University
and received her graduate/master's degree at the University
of
Dayton. When she was younger she helped in the elementary classrooms and
loved working with young children. She also had a great history teacher
in high school that influenced her choice. She has one brother, Dave and
two sisters, Lori and Linda. She also has a wonderful Mom and Dad. In her free
time she likes to do toll painting, fish, and go out to eat. If she
wasn't a teacher she would probably be a nurse or work at Wal-Mart. |

Mulholland

Mrs.
Mulholland used to substitute at several Allen
County
schools but settled after a year and a half here at Spencerville and has
been employed here since 1992. She graduated from Spencerville and
Ohio State. She received her master's from
Marygrove
College. She and her husband Chuck have four
daughters- Alyssa, Kacie, Julie and Whitney. They have a fish and a bunch
of rabbits. In her free time she watches her kids in their extra-
curricular activities. She loves to watch basketball and she likes
to shop and read. She was inspired by most of her teachers.
She always knew she wanted to teach. If she wasn't a teacher she
would want to be a stay at home mom. She said a WNBA player would
have been nice, too! |

Munoz

Mrs.
Munoz has taught at Spencerville since 2002. She graduated from
Delphos Jefferson High School. She earned her bachelor's degree at
Wright
State
University
and her master's from Walden
University. Her husband's name is John and she has a daughter named Ava.
She likes to spend time with her family and friends and she also likes
to exercise and read books. Her children are what inspired her to
teach. If she didn't teach she would be a stay at home mom. |

Prichard

Mrs.
Prichard has been at Spencerville since the 1989 school year. Actually, she graduated from
Spencerville so she has been here ALL her life! She received her undergraduate at OSU Columbus in
English Communications and her Master's in School Counseling at the
University
of
Dayton. She has been married for 18 years to Clarke and they have four
children- Paige, Dakota and twins
Paris and Dalton. She also has yellow lab named Harley and two
cats, Cookie and Sugar. In her free time she loves to garden,
mow, float in the pool while reading a book, sing in church, and watch
T.V. in her pj's. Mrs. Prichard was inspired by Connie Anderson, her AP English teacher. She loved Ms. Anderson’s class
and because she learned so much about English and life, she wanted to
provide that kind of experience to students as well. If Mrs.
Prichard wasn't a counselor she would want to be a Life Coach or Family
Counselor. Her real dream is to be a Motivational Speaker. |

Mrs.
Pugh has been teaching at Spencerville since the 2002-2003 school year. She
graduated from Parkway High School and she was an undergraduate at
Wright State University. She graduated from Bowling Green State
University. She has a husband Eric and a daughter Madison and one
son Isaiah. She has two dogs, Camp and Grace and numerous cats. She
likes to cook, plant flowers, decorate and shop. She also enjoys
reading and playing the piano. She was inspired by her fourth grade
teacher, Mrs. Thomas, but she also had many influences throughout her
education. |

Schwartz

Mrs.
Schwartz started teaching at Spencerville in 1999. Prior
to teaching at Spencerville, she was a first grade teacher at Lima City
Schools. She graduated from Spencerville
High School. She attended Ohio State
University
and Bluffton
College where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree with her Pre-K to
8th grade certification. She also attended Bowling Green
State
University where she received her Master's in Education. Her
husband's name is Doug.
She has a son Andrew and two daughters, Amanda and Abigal. In her free
time she likcs to spend time with family and scrapbook. She always
wanted to be a teacher and can't see herself doing another job. |
| Kim Sharp

Kim Sharp starting as an
elementary secretary at Spencerville in 2003. She is married to Brian
and has three daughters, Kennedy and twins Kira and Chloe. Kim has one
dog named Cassey. She graduated from Allen East, but went to
Spencerville through 10th grade. Before working here she worked as a
Corporate/Group Travel Cruise Agent. Kim likes to spend time with
family, reading, scrap booking, and shopping. She said if she didn't
work here anymore she would probably go back to the travel industry. |

Mrs.
Smith started teaching at Spencerville in February 1976. She graduated from the Ohio State University
with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She also has a
Master's of Art in Administration from the
University
of
Dayton. Her second grade teacher Miss Lugibihl inspired her to be a teacher.
She gave her and only her and A+ in spelling. Mrs. Smith has three
children all of whom are married. Aaron Smith, Amber Strauer, and Amanda
Howe. She has three grandchildren. She has a Maltese named Maddy. In her free
time she loves to play with her grandkids, swim in her pond, travel,
read, and attend Spencerville and Ohio
State games. If she wasn't teaching she would like to work in a book store
like Borders or a card shop like Hallmark. |

Steiger has been employed at Spencerville since 1983. She taught Middle School for 13 years and this is her 12th year at the
Reading
Center. She graduated from
Lima
Central
Catholic High School
and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Bowling Green
State
University. She also received her Master's Degree from the Teacher Leader Program
from
Wright
State
University. Her husband's name is Mike and they have two children. Jenna, who attends
Xavier
University
studying Communications and Jon, who attends Lima Central
Catholic. In her free time she enjoys to scrapbook, spend time with her
family, yard work, and decorating her home.
Whenever possible, she loves traveling, especially to
Florida. Her favorite thing to do now is watching her son compete in various
sporting events. If she wasn't employed as a teacher, she would like
to be a Forensic Scientist. |

Stephenson began teaching at Spencerville in 2008. She graduated from
Mendon-Union High School and then attended Wright State
University Lake Campus and obtained her bachelor's in Early Childhood Education PreK
- 3. She has been married for 15 years to her husband Kirk. They
have 2 children,
Jordan who is 14 and Kayla who is 12. They have 2 dogs: Bogey, a
yellow lab and Pepper, a black
miniature schnauzer. In her free time she enjoys watching her
children play sports,
being outdoors, baking and spending time with her family. If she
wasn't a teacher, she would like to be a librarian or veterinarian. |

High School. She received her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Master's
Degree in Early and Middle Childhood Education, from the Ohio
State University. Her husband's name is Bernie and they have two daughters,
Karla and
Emily, and one son Kyle. They also have two son-in-laws Matt and Mike. In
her free time she enjoys reading, walking, baking cookies, and spending
time with family and friends. She is planning on retiring in a few years
and she would like to do some volunteer work. |

started teaching here, she subbed at Spencerville for 1 year. She
graduated from Delphos Jefferson and Ohio

University. She received her master’s degree from Walden
University. She has a husband named Matt. She has two children,
Aaron and Tori. She also has a cat, a dog,
and a fish. In her free time she likes to travel. She loves to visit new
places and try new adventures like swimming with stingrays, jumping off
a cliff into an underground cenote, and cave tubing down a rainforest
river. She also likes to read and scrapbook. If she wasn't a teacher she
would like to be a travel agent because she would love to get great
deals on all those wonderful trips. |

Sullivan started teaching at Spencerville in 2000. She also taught at
Bath
for three years and spent several years subbing. She graduated

Shawnee
High School
and The Ohio
State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Helping her little brother learn inspired her to enter into the field of education. Her
husband's
name is Denton
and they have a daughter Annie, and two sons, Grant and Brendan. Grant and his wife Maralee
have a son Patrick. Mrs. Sullivan has two cats, Tim and Tamonga, and a dog named Molly. In her free
time she likes to play the piano and alto sax and ride horses - English, jumping, and dressage.
She also loves to spend time
with her family. If she wasn't a teacher she would be a riding

Mrs. Yahl
started at Spencerville in the 1986-1987 school year. She
also taught 1 year at St. Mary’s before she had a family, and 1 year at
New Knoxville after she decided to go back to teaching. She graduated
from
Spencerville
High School
and received her Bachelor's Degree in Education and Master's Degree in
Supervision and Curriculum from
Wright
State
University. She received her Learning Disable certification from the University
of
Dayton. Her grandmother Mildred Keller, and her mother Dorothy Heidlebaugh,
were both teachers They inspired her to enter into the field of education.
When she was very little, she would teach her dolls daily. Her high
school guidance counselor, Mrs. Mildred Sarke, was also very encouraging to
her. Her husband is Edward Yahl. They have three grown children,
Heidi, Ryan, and Jeff. They also have three grandchildren. In her free
time she likes to do counted cross stitching, sudoku puzzles, and
reading. If she wasn't employed as a teacher, she would like to have a
coffee specialty shop with books to sell along with desserts. |

Zerbe started teaching at Spencerville in 2002. She graduated from Elida
High School
and from

Ohio
State
University
with her bachelor's and master's degree. When she was young she loved
going into her room and playing "teacher". That feeling never went away
which inspired her to become a teacher. Her husband's name is John
Zerbe. They have one daughter, Claire and a baby boy, Zack. They also
have a cat named Annabelle. In her free time she enjoys
working on scrapbooks, shopping, and taking naps. If Mrs. Zerbe wasn't a
teacher she would love to open an adoption agency around our area and be
able to help families with paperwork, decisions, and time that goes
along with the adoption process. |
