Safety Team Meeting

Members present: Jeff Schimmoeller, Joann
Fenstermaker, Jan Walker, Rob Zuercher, Brenda Frankart, Roger Frommer, Ken
Horstman, Brian Burkett, Steve Gfell, Kelly Hunter, and Joyce Jackson
Agenda:
- Safety Alert Forms; the status of
reports filed was presented. All current reports and alerts have been
addressed.
- AED has been received for the high
school building. Joyce Jackson is pursuing the possibility of receiving one
to be placed in the elementary/middle school building in the near future.
CPR class scheduling is in progress with priority given to
supervisors/principals and then to all interested staff.
- Review of Injury Investigation
process; as per the training for all supervisors by BWC in December on
“Accident Investigation Reporting”, investigation kits have been created and
placed within all offices and supervisory areas. The kits include forms
necessary for completion in reporting of incidents. A review of the
investigation process was given.
Tentatively, the next meeting will be
held May 20, 2005 at 7:15 AM.
