Sports physicals for next year will be given on Thursday May 14, 2009 at N.W.O Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, located by WalMart on Tiffin Avenue. The cost for the physical is $10.00. Please make checks payable to  N.W.0 Orthopedics

Jr. High     6:00 p.m.
9th           6:15 p.m.
10th         6:30 p.m.
11th         6:45 p.m.
12th         7.00 p.m.

There will be a make up date on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. for any student unable to attend. If students are unable to attend either session, physicals are available from Promedica Urgent Care department on the N.W.O campus 7 days a week for $35.00.  Call 419-427-3030 for an appointment and hours.
