I have been teaching fifth grade at McComb for 15 years. Teaching is wonderful because I get to do many of my favorite things - read books, research, learn new things, work with technology, and talk to people - every single day! My other hobbies include music, genealogy, local history, sewing, crochet, walking, playing with my grandchildren, and refinishing furniture. I also play golf and bowl - for fun only.
My husband and I live in McComb in a big Queen Anne style house that has been great fun to remodel over the past twenty-five years. John teaches computer networking & hardware at Millstream Vocational School. We have three children and three grandchildren. Our daughter, Midge, works at Kohl's Distribution Center. She has two children, Alicia, and David. Our son, Brantt, works at DS Brown and his wife, LeeAnn, works at Kohl's Distribution Center. Their daughter is named Patience. Our son Luke is pursuing youth ministry field at Cedarville University.
