My Classroom

        I work hard to make my classroom a pleasant, enjoyable place to learn.  Students are expected to take charge of their learning, and be responsible.   It is my job to give students both the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in and out of the classroom.  

        This year I will be team teaching with Ms. Karen Damschroder, elementary special needs teacher.  We will teach together daily during our Four Blocks/Language Arts time.   This arrangement offers a wonderful opportunity to all students in our classroom.  The two of us will work diligently to meet the needs of all students.

    During the fifth grade year we take the Ohio Reading Achievement Test for Grade 5.  We will work hard on the learning outcomes to prepare students for the sixth grade.
