- A guide to agriculture and related links on the Internet and WWW. The site has its own search engine, or you can start with a category listed on the pull-down navigation menu. This site's been around since 1996 and is written and maintained by Wilfred Drew, a librarian at SUNY College of Agriculture and Technology, Morrisville, New York.

- A good place to start your search for online research materials.
- Grow Search Farm & Garden Search Engine
- This is a popular site with farmers and gardeners. Some featured categories include aquaculture, exotic and traditional livestock, poultry, equine, dairy, and beekeeping.

- Quick Facts on Agriculture in Ohio
- A little statistical background for your research projects.
- Breeds of Livestock
- Search for cattle, goats, horses, sheep, swine or 'other.' Or, search by region or by typing in the breed you're interested in by clicking the "Look Up" button. Site sponsored by Oklahoma State University's Department of Animal Science.
- Yocom McColl Links in Fyberspace
- Focuses on fiber-producing animals: sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas, rabbits, camels and yaks. Includes extensive organization and university links.
- Livestock Links from Ohioline
- Ohioline is an online service of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences at OSU. These links are primarily focused on the care and feeding of livestock.
- Net Vet and the Electronic Zoo: Animal Resources
- All kinds of animals are covered here: includes links for cows, horses, pigs, rabbits, and small ruminants.
- Soils Online
- An incredible array of authoritative links on soil sciences. Unfortunately, the site does not seem to be being updated, so some of the links are bound to be dead. Check the "Teaching and Learning Online" section for links selected for students.
- Soil Science Education Homepage
- This site's articles and links were chosen with middle school and high school students in mind. Good for both basic and some advanced information. Check the "Links" for more advanced information. This is a NASA website which is supported by the National Science Foundation.
- Internet Glossary of Soil Science Terms
- Developed and maintained by the Soil Science Society of America. Search by term or browse the terms alphabetically.
- Plants Database
- If you need to know something about plants--crops or otherwise--you can probably find it at this site from the Natural Resources Conservation Service of the USDA.
- Ohio Corn Marketing Progam
- The site includes a great deal of information on corn production.
