The Vanlue Local School is located in northwest Ohio in the small village of Vanlue. It is located about 14 miles southeast of Findlay. The school is primarily a rural school. The annual school population is approximately 320 students in grades K-12.
Our current school building was constructed in 1923 to house all district students in grades K-12. The original building remains basically untouched to change with the exception of the conversion of an old gym into a cafeteria/kitchen area, addition of an air-conditioned library/media center and computer lab, and renovated restrooms. In 1958, an addition was added to the main building, which consists of a single floor housing students in K-4, music and band area, auditorium/gym, and locker rooms.
