GENERAL NEWS: 
FIELD DAY:  All students need to be free of any financial obligations in order to participate in field day events.  This includes library fines, lunch money, and book fees.  Library fines/overdues are posted outside the office and media center.  

FOR FIELD DAY: FCCLA members will be selling pop, water, and snacks during lunch and during the afternoon on field day. Pop and snacks will cost 75c each. Water will be $1.  Bring your money. This will be the only concessions available. All profits will be used to support FCCLA members who qualified for national competition this summer in Florida.

CLASS/CLUB NEWS: 
COLORGUARD TRYOUTS:  Colorguard tryouts will held tonight, May 8th, from 5-7 P.M. No experience is necessary. New members are welcomes.

Females ages 17-24:   If you are interested in competing in The Miss Lake Festival Scholarship Pageant, there will a mandatory meeting  on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 10:00 am at the Lake Festival Office.   See Mrs. Kaiser for details.

SPORTS:
VOLLEYBALL OPEN GYM is cancelled for Sunday due to Mother's Day.
