What do we see as our vision?

"The Fort Recovery Schools will become a community of learners where all students learn to the best of their abilities, become responsible citizens, and acquire the knowledge and attributes needed to successfully compete in a global society."



How we reach our Vision is our Mission!

How did we decide on our goals!

1.  Test scores - Especially advanced level

    - Patterns of Results (Drop through years)

How will money be used?

I. To pay teachers, parents, students to come in this    
   summer to begin process of curriculum mapping
   (Will contract with Carol Helstrom $1500 a day to  
   train trainers and work with whole staff 
   periodically) 
2. Retreats and conferences for staff, students,     
   parents.
3. Increase in psychologist/guidance time
4. Intervention classes
5. Technology for H.S. & software
6. Social skills

What will we do with our plan if we don't get S?

1. Committed to plan - but will take longer to do, 
    less summer involvement, reduced stipends for 
    staff, parent, students
2.  Search for other funding sources - Chapter- IV -     
    VI, General Fund, Grants, Business Partnership

What are performance indicators?

1. Proficiency tests--passage, advanced, Senior
2. Honors Diploma for Seniors
3. Surveys--Student, Parents, Staff, Community, Business, Graduates
4. Technology Benchmarks
