Achievement

  1. 90% (15% above state standard) of students in grades 1-5 will pass each area of the proficiency/off-year proficiency tests. 
    Benchmark = +3% each year

  2. 35% of students 1-5 will reach the advanced level in each area on proficiency tests.

  3. 85% (10% above state standard) of students at each grade level will pass all five areas of proficiency.

  1. On a 1-5 scale, students will average 4+ on, "I work well (contribute/do my share) and learn well in cooperative groups).

  2. 100% of students in PK-5 will reach their grade appropriate technology benchmarks.
    Benchmarks = +5% until 100% reached on Classroom teacher records/student surveys

  1. The staff will exhibit strong cooperative building leadership.

  2. The staff will provide a warm, positive, and safe environment.

  3. The staff will use diverse teaching methods and styles to meet student needs.

  4. The staff will provide the leraning materials, equipment, and technology necessary.

  5. The staff will emphasize basic skills, proficiency, and a solid academic curriculum based on state models.

  6. The staff will emphasize time on task.

  7. The staff will communicate often with parents and involve them in their children's learning, not only as homework hepers and classroom assistants, but in the decision making process as well.

  8. The staff will include community members and business partners as part of our learning community.
