The Wayne Trace Local School District Board of Education met in special session on Monday, October 16, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. in the High School Lecture Room.

Seconded by Perry Sinn.

Superintendent’s Report

A.     Discussion of Payne Ball Association Request;

Instructed the Superintendent to proceed.

B.     School Security Options;

Presented options from ASG and Securecom.

On a motion by Lisa McClure that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and 7-12 Principal, a resolution to accept the resignation of JoAnn Endicott effective as of 10/9/06.

Seconded by Pat Baumle.

            Roll Call Vote:

                        McClure, Baumle, Hockenberry, Sinn, Stoller – All Aye

                        Motion Passed.

Report of the Treasurer

A.  Discussion of 5-year Forecast for General Fund;

      Treasurer went over prior year numbers and solicited suggestions from the Board on planned spending, ADM projections and estimated revenues.

B.     Discussion of Cafeteria Forecast;

Sample of possible forecast distributed to Board for review.

C.     Pass out OSBA Capital Conference Information.

Gave all members packets with Conference data.
