The Wayne Trace Local School District Finance Committee met on Monday, October 22, 2007 at 6:30 a.m. in the High School Lecture Room.

            Meeting called to order by Board President Les Hockenberry.

Report of the Treasurer

A.  Discussion of 5-year Forecast for General Fund;

      Treasurer went over prior year numbers and solicited suggestions from the Board on planned spending, ADM projections and estimated revenues for preparation of the 5 year forecast.  Treasurer to incorporate suggestions and submit final forecast to ODE prior to the November 2, 2007 deadline.

B.  Discussion of the Permanent Improvement Fund and the Maintenance Fund

A motion by Perry Sinn to adjourn the meeting.

            Seconded by Les Hockenberry.

            Roll Call Vote:

                        Sinn, Hockenberry, McClure, Baumle, Stoller – All Aye

                        Motion Passed.

The next Board meeting will be held Thursday, November 15, 2007.
