The Wayne Trace Board of Education met in special session on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Willow Bend Country Club in the Board Room.

 The Board welcomed Mr. Bob Miller and Ms. Cindy Stever from Sky Insurance who gave a presentation on current trends in Health Insurance.

On a motion by Les Hockenberry a resolution to enter executive session for the purpose of long range planning for the district and its effect on personnel.

Seconded by Pat Baumle.
