The Wayne Trace Local School District Board of Education met in special session on May 21, 2007 at 6:30 a.m. in the High School Lecture Room.

            Pledge of Allegiance was led by Pat Baumle.

                        Mrs. McClure, Mr. Stoller, Mr. Sinn, Mr. Baumle, Mr. Hockenberry – All Present

This meeting being for reviewing the 5 year forecast and serving as the bi-annual meeting of the finance committee.

The treasurer presented updated numbers for FY2007 for year to date vs. original budgets and estimates for the balance of the year.   The treasurer will file an updated forecast with the state prior to May 31, 2007 per statute.

Dale Stoller made a motion to move the June meeting to Wayne Trace Payne Elementary school on June 11, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the media center.

                        Seconded by Pat Baumle
