The Wayne Trace Local Schools Board of Education met in special session at 6:30 a.m. on Friday June 29, 2007 in the Lecture Room at Wayne Trace High School.

Consent Agenda Items:

On a motion by Dale Stoller one resolution passed by the Board to approve the following consent agenda items:

• to reverse advances made from general fund to grant funds during the year
• Ohio Reads -                $ 4,000.00
• Class Size Red.            $ 7,500.00
• Safe & Drug Free         $ 1,000.00
• Title I                           $ 8,600.00
• eTech                           $10,000.00
• TANF Program            $ 4,970.35
• Be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Wayne Trace Local School District, Paulding County, Ohio, that to provide for the current expenses and other expenditures of said Board of Education, during the fiscal year, ending June 30th, 2007, the following sums be and the same are hereby set aside and appropriated for the several purposes for which expenditures are to be made and during said fiscal year, as follows:  See Attached
• Be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Wayne Trace Local School District, Paulding County, Ohio, that to provide for the current expenses and other expenditures of said Board of Education, during the fiscal year, ending June 30th, 2008, the following sums be and the same are hereby set aside and appropriated for the several purposes for which expenditures are to be made and during said fiscal year, as follows:  See Attached.
• to accept the proposal of Hylant Administrative Services totaling $55,925.00 for district liability, vehicle, and general coverage insurance for the 2006-2007 school year               
• to approve the 15 extended service days for Sharon Spinner as  Assistant Choral /Assistant Instrumental for the FY2008 School year

ANNUAL SUPPLEMENTAL

APPROPRIATION MEASURE CERTIFICATE

(Section 5705.412, O.R.C.)

It is hereby certified that the amount of the annual appropriation measure attached hereto, together with all other appropriation measures in effect for the current fiscal year (July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007) is $10,833,680.26 and  that such aggregate amount does not exceed the amount authorized by the most recent Official Certificate of Estimated Resources or Amended Certificate issued by the County Budget Commission pursuant to Section 5705.36, O.R.C.; and the Wayne Trace Local School District has in effect for the remainder of the current fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) the authorization to levy taxes, including renewal of levies only which have in fact been renewed by the voters, which, when combined with estimated revenue from all other sources available to the district at the time of certification , are sufficient to provide the operating revenues necessary to enable the district to operate an adequate educational program on all days set forth in its adopted school calendar for the current fiscal year (July 1 through June 30).
