We request that parents call the school as soon as possible if they know a child is going to be absent from school on a given day. It is requested that parents call the school between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m. at the HS/JH and no later than 9:00 a.m. at both Elementaries on the days of student absences. Early notification of student absences assists us with communications to teachers and facilitates make-up work and the like. Such notification helps us safeguard the best interests of children in terms of their welfare, safety, and education.
