Superintendent's Message

Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Friends of the Wayne Trace Local School District:

With the month of May upon us, graduation for the class of 2008 will be here in a few short weeks.  It amazes me how quickly 13 years can fly by.  It seems like yesterday when these students were dancing around on the stage, wearing their red gowns, and singing songs during kindergarten graduation.

The graduating class of 2008 is an exceptional class.  We are truly proud of their accomplishments in and out of the classroom.  The entire Wayne Trace community can be proud of these quality young men and women.  We are fortunate that we got to see them grow up right before our eyes.

In the spring of 1996 we told the parents during kindergarten graduation that this is the Class of 2008.  At the time it seemed like a long way off in the distance.  However, that time has arrived.

Whether they decide to continue their education in college or enter the work force, we wish them the best.  We hope they strive for success and address all obstacles that come their way in a positive manner.  Their accomplishments have been many and the memories they have created will always remain a part of Wayne Trace.  These students have excelled in the classroom, on the athletic fields, in the performing arts, and in everything they have attempted to do.

Life continues after graduation.  These graduates have finished one chapter of their lives and are now ready to begin the next chapter.  Regardless of what chapter they are in, there is no end to learning.  Learning is life long.  We would like to recognize these students and recognize the Class of 2008 by name.  Best wishes to the following students:
