With the rising gas
prices and tough economy, WT Athletic Department is making an effort to
make athletic competitions at Wayne Trace more affordable for Raider
Fans.
In the past, the
All-Sports provided admittance to all Wayne Trace home, regular-season
athletic events, except for Varsity football and boys' Varsity
basketball games. This saved fans approximately 1/3 of the total
cost at attend all possible covered events.
The
new
All-Sports Pass will cover
every
home, regular-season Wayne Trace athletic event. The following
chart shows costs and savings to you.

For the 2008-2009 school
year, WT Athletic Department will be offering a discount pass to all
Senior Citizens
(65 and over within the Wayne Trace school district) which can be used
to attend all home Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and Wrestling
regular season athletic competitions. This pass may not be used
for presale tickets-only for entrance at the door. With this pass,
entrance to high school games will be $3 and all Junior High games,
Freshmen basketball games will be $1. To receive your pass, stop
in at the high school central office and show proof of age anytime
beginning August 1.

Note: If two events are scheduled at home on the same day, one price

Varsity Football - Please park on the west side of the school.
All games will begin at 7:30 p.m.
JV Football - All contests will be played at the varsity football
field at Wayne Trace Jr./Sr. High School. All contests will begin at
4:30 p.m.
Jr. High Football - All contests will be played at the varsity
football field at Wayne Trace Jr./Sr. High School.
All contests will begin at 4:30 p.m.
Varsity Volleyball - Public parking will be available in the
north west parking lot of the school.
All home matches begin at 6:00 p.m.
Jr. High Volleyball - All contests will be played in the junior
high gymnasium at Wayne Trace Jr./Sr. High School. All contests will
begin at 4:30 p.m.
Cross Country - All meets will be run at the Welcome Park, Grover
Hill, Ohio
Golf - All matches will be held at Pleasant Valley Golf Course,
southwest of Payne. The golf course is located on CR 17, between State
Route 500 and State Route 114.
Pre-Sale Ticket Policies
For your convenience, presale tickets will
be on sale at all three buildings according to the following schedule:
High School - please check in at the office for the location of
ticket sales
Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.
Payne and Grover Hill Elementary Schools - in Principal’s
office
Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. |
