Nice job to all of the wrestlers. Jake Reuille took 1st at Lincolnview. By doing that, he had to beat a state qualifier. Katie Clemens took 3rd, winning all but one. Good luck at Tinora! |
| The Wayne Trace junior high wrestling team competed in the Wayne Trace Invitational on Saturday and had a tri-match with Fairview and Stryker Tuesday evening. At the invitational, Wayne Trace finished 6th out of 14 teams. We had 7 wrestlers place in the top 4: Joe Stahl, 4th; Aaron Harris and Zach Cotterman, 3rd; Sawyer Temple, Kameran Clemens, and Myranda Stahl, 2nd, and Tyler Arnett, 1st. In Tuesday evening action, Wayne Trace defeated Fairview, 36-3 and Stryker, 30-0. Joe Stahl, Aaron Harris, Zach Cotterman, Sawyer Temple, Kameran Clemens and Tyler Arnett all recorded pins for Wayne Trace. Myranda Stahl lost a tough match to the Fairview wrestler. |
