Our colleagues at the Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Consortium (NOACSC, our A-Site) have been preparing a user-friendly interface for grade entry. We will test this interface at the end of the first semester. Our term ends on January 16. Grades are to be entered in the system by the end of the day on Wednesday, January 21. (The Guidance Office will need time to correct any errors and glitches.)
To view a sample of the program, double-click your Netscape icon and go to this site:
http://lima1.noacsc.org/admn-bin/grdbook.ssi

You will see a logon window.
The username is betatest
The password is testme
(Use the TAB key to move between fields,
or Click on the Password box.) When both
items are complete, hit ENTER.

Select a class from the pulldown menu and click on "Get My Class List."

For each class, one at a time, when you have completed grade entry, PLEASE PRINT A HARD COPY! You are sure to find this useful in reviewing and verifying the information you have submitted.
After printing, click on Submit these Grades. The grades will be entered into the system. You are able to return to your class list by accessing it again and changing anything needed. Any changes or corrections needing to be made after the grades have been sent over to the A-site (you will be instructed as to when the deadline will be) will have to be handled by the Guidance Office.
