ODE
Priorities for RPDC for 2003-04 - Region 3
Mission - Build the capacity of
districts to help their schools implement the academic content standards and
show demonstrated positive effects on classroom instructional practice.
Capacity building experiences should be those which are scientific or evidenced
based research driven practices for the enhancement of student attainment of
the state’s adopted academic content standards. Priority should be given to experiences resulting in enhanced
educator cognition and practice in order the students have “opportunity to
learn” English language arts and mathematics standards.
