I have tuaght at Powell for 24 years and I am very excited to be teaching 3rd grade. The curriculum and studnets will provide new challenges for me professionally as well as personally. Teaching provides many rewards at all levels. I hope I have a positive impact on all of my students and that I inspire them to do their best.”

Mr. Ridge likes teaching third grade because he enjoys the students. “There is never a dull moment during my day!” Mr. Ridge says that this is the year in which students are gaining responsibility and independence, an important step in learning.
