Located in the Lima, Ohio area, the Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Cooperative (NOACSC) is a regional computer services provider offering services to public and non-public school districts in northwest Ohio. NOACSC currently has 54 members in 11 counties, including Allen, Augliaze, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Paulding, Putnam, Seneca, Van Wert, Wood and Wyandot.

As one of 17 regional Information Technology Centers (ITC) that provide such services to the entire state of Ohio, we began in 1980 with the sole purpose of providing computer services to school district financial offices. Since then, services have been added that benefit school counselors, administrators, teachers, librarians, students and parents. NOACSC is now a Council of Governments and is governed by a Board of Directors.

NOACSC provides a variety of software and computer services to our members including accounting and payroll solutions, student administration applications, electronic grade book, library automation, professional development, Internet access, technical/network support, and state EMIS reporting to the ODE.
