About Us
The Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Cooperative (NOACSC) is a regional computer services provider
offering services to public and non-public school districts in northwest Ohio.

The NOACSC is one of 23 regional Information Technology Centers (ITC) that provide such services to the entire state of Ohio.

The NOACSC began in 1980 with the sole purpose of providing computer services to school district financial offices.
Since then, services have been added that benefit school counselors, administrators, teachers, librarians, students, and parents.
